Examples of items that require Board approval are new programs, program revisions, new courses and any other items where Education Council provides advice to, or has joint-approval with the Board under the . Please consult with the Education Council office to ensure your item has received full approval prior to its implementation.

The Board of Governors meets quarterly in . Submissions should be made by proposers through the appropriate committees, Education Council, and DQAB/PSIPS (if required) to ensure enough lead time for implementation, with all required reviews completed approximately one to two months prior to a scheduled Board meeting.
